Choose the Payment Program That Works for You
Alpine Propane offers several payment programs, so our customers can decide what works best for them. The two most popular programs are the Pre-Buy Program and the Budget Program.
With no hidden fees like hazmat or fuel recovery, our pricing is honest and fair. We keep it simple!
Pre-Buy Program with No “Lock-In” Fees
With our Pre-Buy Program, you can purchase your entire supply of propane for the heating season at one time and get a locked in rate that protects you from any increase in price.
We are proud to say that we offer this program at no charge. Thatʼs right, unlike many other propane companies, we offer this program for FREE and with no “lock-in” fees!
We will recommend the number of gallons you will need for the next heating season. Enrollment each year begins in July.
Budget Program
Manage your propane costs and utilize our Budget Program with price cap. The Budget Program will save you money if prices go up this winter.
We will estimate the number of gallons you will consume in the upcoming heating season. Then we will calculate those gallons into a dollar amount, and divide it by 11 months. This will avoid high bills during the months you receive deliveries.
The Budget Program starts in June and ends in April. The month of May is “settle up” month. This is when we refigure budgets for the next heating season.
