When ordering new service, we will confirm whether you own your tank or need to lease one.

From there, here’s what will happen next:

If you don’t have a propane tank on your property, you can lease a propane tank that includes a regulator and tank mounting blocks.

We will determine what size tank you need. This is done by our trained and experienced service technician. He will do a FREE site survey with you to discuss your propane needs, which is based on the types of propane appliances you have in your home, what your heating requirements are and any additional factors that may affect your propane usage. He will also determine the ideal and safest location for the propane tank with you.

Propane Tank Sizes

Your specific propane needs will determine what size tank you need.

Residential tanks sizes vary depending on the size of the home, and specific energy needs. Common sizes include the following:

120 gallon

250 gallon

330 gallon

500 gallon

1000 gallon

Tank Rental

Tank rental is based on usage and is charged yearly in February.

0-500 gallons per year, $100 yearly

500 – 1000 gallons per year, $50 yearly

Over 1000 gallons per year, no charge
